How It Works

Every fitness journey is personal, but there is a proven approach that leads to lasting results. Our process begins with a thorough assessment, then moves step-by-step toward actionable goals. Throughout your journey, we provide clear guidance, purposeful strategies, and an adaptable plan that grows with your progress.

The biggest predictor of a successful rehabilitation program is the therapeutic alliance and trust from client to their practitioner. Let's make sure we are the right fit to work with you before booking your initial assessment. We can do this in person, or over the phone and discuss any burning questions you might have (15min)

We start with a thorough assessment of your health history, daily habits, and personal goals. Next, we use proven movement tests to gather important information about your physical abilities.

Within 48 hours of completing your initial assessment, you will receive a personalized PDF report. This report will summarize your results, explain what they mean, and outline a clear action plan. You’ll receive movement recommendations tailored to your needs, highlights of any potential risk factors, and suggested next steps. If necessary, the report will also include referrals to other healthcare providers to help you achieve your goals.

 If you’re interested in personalized programming and one-on-one coaching, we can have your customized plan ready for our first review session. Your program will be delivered in the format that works best for you—either through a user-friendly app, a printed handout, or an emailed PDF. Each program includes clear instructional videos or photos, as well as detailed guidelines on exercise form, repetitions, sets, training frequency, and recommended weights.

 

Achieve consistent progress and build your confidence with regular one-on-one “Movement Mastery” sessions. During these sessions, you will:

- Learn proper movement techniques with personalized, real-time feedback and expert coaching.

- Discover ways to move that reduce pain, increase strength, and boost your overall body confidence.

- Identify the right workout intensity to match your unique needs and goals.

- Stay accountable and maintain a steady routine to promote lasting habits.

- Work together to set new goals and create actionable steps to reach them.

- Proactively address any challenges or obstacles before they disrupt your progress.

Throughout this process, we’ll continuously refine your plan, ensuring it evolves with you and leads to sustainable, long-term results.
